Description:	PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 2 DAY COURSE. NHS CRS User Registration Service - User Registration: These sessions deal with the process of adding users to, and managing the Spine User Directory. This entails attaching users to their organisation(s) and assigning both their job roles and any relevant business functions. Also covered is the use of the integrated Card Management System to create, issue and manage Smartcards. Maintaining user and card details, applying User Role Profile Templates, using Multiple Role Updates to apply changes to many users in one interaction and producing standard RA Reports will be trained. Understanding Work Groups structure and membership will primarily be covered through eLearning with classroom practice registering a user to a Work Group throughout the course. Background information

Who Should Attend?

This course is aimed at experienced RA Managers and Agents who are required to provide RA services within an NHS organisation. The course will focus on the practical requirements of using the RA software and producing Smartcards. The course assumes that participants will be familiar with the NHS CRS applications and the principles behind registration. It is recommended that very new RA Managers and Agents without this previous knowledge attend the four day course where more contextual detail will be provided.
This 2 day RA Manager/Agent course is by request only via your ETD SHA Lead.
